Longdrift's aim is to offer the angler the most comprehensive, independent information about the very extensive range of fly-fishing available in Argentina to help them plan and execute their ideal trip.

We are an independent organisation, based in Argentina. We do not work as an agent of any lodges in particular and all lodges in Argentina are invited to advertise on this website. We encourage the angler to decide themselves exactly where they would like to fish and our advice is tailored solely to meet their specific requirements.

Longdrift is an Anglo-Argentine company, based in Buenos Aires, which enjoys extensive local knowledge of the fishing available. All overseas anglers enter Argentina, by air, through Buenos Aires and generally have to stay a day or two waiting for their connecting flight to their chosen fishing destination. We are here to greet you when you arrive, support you throughout your trip and see you home safely. Whilst in Buenos Aires, we can also offer local knowledge regarding shopping, restaurants, golf, tango and all that this great city has to offer.
